SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders will be sent using Australia Post.

We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. For Parcel Lockers, please include the street address of the Parcel Locker location.

An email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has been processed. Orders are processed the next business day after placing your order. Delivery times may incur delays during holiday periods or extreme weather events.

We advise to use a shipping address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday-Friday. If no one is present at the time of delivery then the parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point and a collection card will be left for you. 

If a parcel is returned to Glowify Australia due to being unclaimed or because an incorrect or insufficient address was submitted, the customer will be responsible for the return and redelivery fee of $18. Please kindly contact us at contact@glowify.com.au before the parcel has been returned to our warehouse to advise us of your preference here.

For all other returned parcels, an $15 return and restocking charge will be deducted from the order refund. Glowify Australia is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or parcels that have had incorrect or insufficient addresses submitted during the order or is Glowify Australia responsible where if a parcel has been lost or stolen unless this occurred during transit. We will provide tracking number/s.

You can give authority to leave for your orders so that a signature will not be required at the time of delivery in the 'order note' section which can be located in the side drawer cart just above the 'checkout' button. Please note though that If you have given authority to leave then Glowify Australia will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels for your order if the tracking has been scanned as 'delivered'. If Safe Drop or a redirection was requested for a parcel then Glowify Australia will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels in these cases.

Please ensure the address is correct when confirming your order to avoid any inconvenience.
